Based on the paragraph No.1 of article 81 of “Company Law” and paragraph No.3.3.1 of the “Regulation on the implementation of corporate governance principles for banks” the committees next to the Board of Directors of Chinggis Khaan Bank have been restructured under the BOD resolution No.18/53 adopted on 22 October, 2018 and these committees are providing directions and guidance to the executive management of the bank in relation to risk management, internal audit, human resources, wages and allowances and corporate governance.
