Eligibility

• Applicant shall be student’s legal guardian Applicant shall have constant income;
• Shall not have past due or non-performing loan balance;
• Shall have collateral that meets bank’s requirements /collateral in the form of immovable asset is obligatory for loans amounted more than 10 million MNT/. 

Loan conditions

Required documents

• ID passport;
• ID and birth certificate of the student /notarized/;
• Proof of address;
• Other documents as proof of income;
• Student’s personal file;
• School reference letter;
• Tuition fee invoice;
• Documents related to collateral ;
• Other related documents required by the loan officer depending on applicant’s income.
